Yup, he's just reiterating what he's said before.

IMO - this is kinda the size hole (not same depth obviously) you'd be looking for along a creek and dirt wall - https://dalneitzel.com/2014/12/20/bombs-and-charlie/

Dunno what (window) would be covering it that someone normally in the area wouldn't see past.

I don't ever recall him saying "I didn't bury the treasure."

It sounds like he got angry over the repeated question, don't believe it's buried either way. I take it most believe he didn't bury it - the poem doesn't appear to say anything that could possibly be construed as burying something. The first question was:

"Did you ever think instead of burying the treasure …

[Interrupts] Now I never did say I buried it, I said it is hidden. That doesn't mean it isn't buried, it's just I did not want to give that as a clue."

Thanks for that link.

The reporter has nerve to only read half a book that takes only two hours to read and then question its legitimacy.

Therein reveals the difference between an ignorant skeptic and those of us who listen and pay attention.

Treasure not buried
The only real hint in that piece was “cardinal element.”

Oh, and that goes along with “fore-edged.”
