You do understand Peggy Fenn owns half the treasure. Community property law in NM. Hope she takes her half and keeps it after what he has done to disrespect her. So many reasons why what FF has done is wrong. Becky he could have chosen not to engage. Of course the women were after the treasure.....why does this excuse FF. It doesn’t and blaming the gold diggers in the Chase doesn’t excuse him.

You do understand neither Forrest nor Peggy own anything? It is all in various trusts. But, if you knew Forrest, you would know that every item in his house is numbered with a sticker, and is already gifted to someone or a specific organization. He owns none of it.

You could sue anyone you wanted. But, in Forrest's case, he is actually quite poor. He owns nothing. Not the house, not the objects in it, and not the treasure. That means Peggy dsoesn't own it either.

Just FYI.

Hes making decisions for companies which can be sued. Trusts don't protect your assets. Other companies can be sued too.

Irrevocable trusts protect your assets.

c. No offense Mindy, but how can mods, who I thought were supposed to be somewhat impartial, be allowed to make criminal(?) accusations against the person for whom this website was created?

I need to start following my own advice and stay away from this site.

I’m not making “criminal” accusations.

It’s hard to be impartial to what I’ve witnessed with my own eyes.

And I don’t think treasure of truth was making “criminal” accusations. F can retrieve the tc any time he likes. We might not like it, and it may be pretty shady, but it’s not criminal.

No it's not criminal I agree with you.
ff can stop the seekers anytime he wants.

Well of course. Incriminating means that someone appears guilty of a crime. This whole thread is just a lame conspiracy theory.

Yes true, but if he doesn't have control over his assets, that might not be good either.

I thought he transferred San Lazaro to a friend who lives in Texas.

Well...he started the San Lazaro holding company in 2010. I don't know anyone else owns it. I know a registered agent is listed...who else owns it? Let's find out...

I think many know about San Lazaro...he just posts about it. I've had the book since 2011 or 2012.

Anyone have Sacha contact? Would like to hear more about her discoveries.
