What? Tweety is lying about the Supreme Court overturning the 9th Circuit Court decisions more than any other district? Well, not exactly. Tweety is just repeating what he heard Sean Hannity say on the State Television Network.

First of all, the whole thing is disingenuous. The Supreme Court picks cases that are likely to be overturned NOT cases that they are likely to reaffirm. The SCOTUS overturns an average of 74% of all cases they take from across the nation. Then, there are two other districts that were overturned at higher percentages. The states they serve are:

1) 6th Circuit - 87 percent; Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.

2) 11th Circuit - 85 percent; Alabama, Florida, Georgia.

Hmm, Red State, Red State, Red State, Red State...Red State, Red State, Red State - 7 Red States' Appellate Courts all have a higher instance of SCOTUS overturning cases from their respective Court of Appeals than the 9th Circuit that Tweety is so opposed to.

Then there is the 9th circuit that Tweety has been attacking...

3) 9th Circuit - 79 percent; The largest district in the country serves Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana...Red State, Blue State, Blue State, Blue State, Blue State, Red State, Red State, Red State.

4) 3rd Circuit - 78 percent; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and the Virgin Islands.

5) 2nd Circuit and Federal Circuit - 68 percent; Connecticut, New York, Vermont.

6) 8th Circuit - 67 percent; Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North and South Dakota.

7) 5th Circuit - 66 percent; Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas.

8) 7th Circuit - 48 percent; Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin.

9) DC Circuit - 45 percent; Washington DC.

10) 1st Circuit and 4th Circuit - 43 percent; Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico and Rhode Island, and Maryland, North and South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

11) 10th Circuit - 42 percent; Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming.

The trouble with a State Run News Agency is that falsehoods become fact, and the people are at a disadvantage to respond.

Hannity lied and Tweety tweeted. Who's the President of this country?

Glad we agree. Hannity is a crappy White House advisor. Tweety is better off making shit up - somehow it's less stupid.

Uh, okay. This is not what the president of the United States of America needs to do. Trump caused the trade problems that are driving GM's decisions, and now he's gonna penalize them and American consumers for making business decisions based on what they see in the shifting economy.

Maybe what trump wants is state run auto manufacturers to go along with his state run TV network. He could be El Jefe and run the coal mines, and the TV Network, and the Auto Manufacturing. He could tell the fed when to raise the rates, and tell the judges what their position is on major decisions. He could count all of his votes himself after firing all of the voting commission workers.

Then, on the weekends he could coach all the good little white boys who stand and salute his flag. Won't that be something.

Republicans couldn't build the wall, and now that Democrats will have the majority in the house come January, Prez. Tweety Bird knows that his dumb ideas are soon on the cutting room floor.

How he thinks the military will build his Great Wall is as big a mystery as why anyone believes in his moronic agenda.

"If we don't get what we want one way or the other ... I will shut down the government," Trump said during a highly unusual fight that played out in front of the press before the official meeting began. "I am proud to shut down the government for border security. ... I will take the mantle of shutting it down."

Pelosi reminded Tweety that Republicans continue to be in charge of The White House, House of Representatives and Senate.

"We must keep the government open," she said. "We cannot have a Trump shutdown." "A what?" he snapped at her. "You have the White House, you have the Senate, you have the House of Representatives," Pelosi responded.

But, she noted, not all Republicans are on board with his plans to build a physical barrier. "There are no votes in the House, a majority of votes, for a wall," Pelosi said.

"If I needed the votes for the wall in the House, I would have them in one session," Trump countered. "It would be done."

I'm not exactly sure what his problem is then. He just wants to shut down the government.

"Schumer said Trump threw a 'temper tantrum.' Later, back at the Capitol, he said the meeting was 'productive' in that 'the president showed what he wanted: shutdown.'"

Because politics is for politicians, and politicians are acutely aware that they work for their constituents. Trump doesn't give a shit.

"Baited by incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, he blurted out precisely what skilled budget adversaries have learned not to say for fear of drawing political blame.

“I am proud to shut down the government for border security,” Trump declared.
