i think the reason you lost has something to do with the dudes who wore white wigs years ago. they aren't around anymore to explain how they felt it would protect the republic, so you would have to look up the what and the why

thank you. this explains a lot
This is all too funny and pathetic at the same time. Make sure you trash your local Starbucks while you are out protesting too, because they are part of the 1%. Sometimes it is wise for the fox to dress as the hound. wake up! Stop being spoon fed your values and make up your own mind.

What is pathetic is the peremptory obedience that Trump has ushered in like the pied piper. This is not America - Presidents lashing out at SNL comedians, broadway actors. What an embarrassment and a dangerous path for a democracy to take. Freedom was not won by passivity.

Hey crazy, is the word "peremptory" the liberal Democrat talking points 'word of the week'? Smile Say 'hi' to Alec and the rest of the sore losers for me. Big Grin

Edit to add: 'Hi' to you too crazy!

Despite my fears, I had hopes that maybe Trump would be better than his rhetoric, but from recent statements and authoritarian-oriented nominations for AG, etc., it appears that my concerns were justified - as was my Libertarian vote.

I hear that,Drum.I was hoping Ron Paul would have been chosen to a cabinet position, but that doesn't seem likely now.
