Agreed! Then youll leave the water flow to follow your "no place for the meek", up your dry creek bed to where the blaze is hidden. IMO

I do not think this is correct. My feeling is that when it says where warm waters halt and take it in the canyon down instructions stop at halt. so its not saying to take it down it's just saying where warm waters halt and take it down. So the water is going down not Us. IMO

But dont take this the wrong way,, its not dangerous so there is no rapelling down a canyon wall or anything. I would say more but you guys can come up with your own ideas in that regards, i sure have mine! Goodluck to all going searching this summer, not too much luck though, save a little for this guy lol

Hmmmmm. Ok

I believe that you have to understand what "IT" is to understand what... Take it in the canyon down implies. I struggled with "IT" for awhile. At one time I had 7 different meanings for "IT".

Verrry interesting....
Looked at the poem again and again to see that angle and yeah, the water halted then you're told to go canyon down. No water.
Next hint of water is no paddle up creek... no beavers, no water tho maybe dry bed.
Now water is back in with "water high".

Amazing to see no water while taking, walking, putting, placing and not paddling from the halt until you see the water high.

My brain hurts.
