Reflection was what I came up with at first I thought shadow which I guess still fits ghost too but just like Fenn to leave 3 possible answers or 4.
It's like the hardest general knowledge test you ever need to take but you keep mistaking the question and you try to answer for a) b) c) or d).....problem is the question is fill in the blank_______. If we can figure out what the correct answer to this one, could it help us understand how to solve the poems clues?

I don't think it's a place where his whole family has been before. It's a place where he himself and one other person has been and that person is no longer living.
