Anybody have any thoughts on imagination? I don't think I've seen any discussion on this? James

Smile James Perotti,

#3 Archaic to plan, scheme, or plot.

#4 to form mental images of things that are not present to the senses; use imagination.

"9" position results in key.

magnectic lines intersect poem.

Another way

What don't you see, hear, feel, smell, taste.

James, as a child Forrest lived in his imagination. There are many instances of that in the books. He used imagination his whole life to make his way through life. It is an integral part of the solve. We use imagination everyday to solve problems, without it we would not survive.
Shhh they aren't listening.

I've had some pretty imaginative solutions... but how imaginative can we be if he says the poem is straight forward? Not a single solution of mine is straight forward. The only answers I get from the poem are ones that require imagination.

With imagination, WWWH is specific. Without it, WWWH could be 100000 different places. I believe the poem MUST provide the name of WWWH. I can't see it without imagination.

Maybe he meant straight forward imagination?

What is said about imagination in TTOTC.

"All that will be needed are the clues, some resolve, a little imagination, and maybe a six-pack to help celebrate the thrill of a breathtaking discovery." TTOTC, inside front dust jacket.

"So I started to figure things out. Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge,” and I had a lot of that, imagination I mean." TTOTC, page 14.

"All I had going for me was some imagination, hard work and a logical mind." TTOTC, page 109

"People collect autographs for the same reason and I feel sorry for those who don’t enjoy that depth of imagination." TTOTC, page 112.

"Imagination is better than knowledge." TTOTC, page 136, photo caption.

"IMAGINATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN KNOWLEGE." TTOTC, page 138. Note the misspelling of the word "knowledge."

"Imagination is more important than knowlege." TTOTC, page 139. Note the misspelling of the word "knowledge."

Knowlege is also a word. It is a legal term that means by virtue of law.
Shhh they aren't listening.

Forrest wrote back to me once saying "I can't imagine you didn't find the treasure with all that thinking."

Just my imagine thingy for this tread and the whole truth and I did not imagine it.
